Tacos have always been a staple repast in our house. They are super like shooting fish in a barrel to brand and everyone in my firm loves them! Normally when we accept taco night, I make cheese taco shells, and the kids use tortillas and taco shells. But sometimes I am only not in the mood, or i don't have time to make the cheese shells. Nights like those bring on the low carb taco salad!

  • Squeeze the lime juice over the salads and sprinkle some cilantro over top.
